I can never decide on a good snack in between meals with low cals that will fill you up. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Baby carrots, celery, red or yellow bell peppers all are good things to snack on and are healthy for you too.

    I love cucumbers, I cut them into strips and dip them in a fat free italian dressing. Also, another GREAT snack is fat free or light popcorn, it fills me up and helps with bloating. Those are things I snack on the most. :)

    with
    1 oz. Tribe Roasted Garlic Hummas
    and
    16 oz. of freshly brewed Iced Tea with a squeeze of lemon

    I love the fresh fruit - sweet and nutritious! Cherry's, nectarines, pinapple, or the usual banana, apple, or orange. Just remember, moderation in all things!

    Fresh Cherries have 75 calories in a cup. and Zucchini can eat almost all you want it is about 20 calories in a cup. The Zucchini is really good grilled on the BBQ in strand seasoned with just a little garlic powder.... Yum
