30 Day Shred Question?

Hi there...I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I've been doing the 30DS for a little over a week now, and I've gotten to the point where I'm not sore or stiff afterward at all. Is it time for me to move up to the next workout? Or should I complete the full ten days of Level 1? Thanks!

    Definitely move up! And congrats on not being sore or tired anymore :) I'm on day 3 and I'm still getting my butt kicked by level 1.

    I moved up after day 2 of level 1. I have been going to the gym for 4 months so level 1 was too easy but level 2 is still hard for me 5 days into it.

    That is exactly my situation except I am on day 3 of level 2 ;) then I do brazillian butt lift right after. Good stuff!!
