Uh Oh, I am up 2 lbs. I have been staying under my calorie count, low fat. I have been exercising about every other day and was down 3 -4 lbs, now I am back on the other side of the 150 mark. @#$$^^!!!!
Should I go back to Atkins and see if this might have jump started my metabolism???
Pooh.:grumble:

dont worry about it..weight can fluctuate a good amount from one day to the next.. I know it does for me..waterweight and stuff..I fluctuate between two to five lbs all the time..

Since you were down a few lbs earlier it's probably just water weight, I know the excuse for everything but it'd be tough to actually put on that much in such a short time, unless you went crazy with calories.

Also, how much water/liquid you drink can be a huge factor, soda alone can cause retention of around 5 lbs of water.

when i'm at my time of the month i can gain up to 7lbs over night. So i avoid ever weighing in at that time. It could be that, or you could be retaining water for another reason. Just keep with your exercise, and staying with in your calories and it'll keep falling off.

    DO NOT DO ATKINS!!!! :)
