Great Article on Maintaining and not gaining fat when you reach your goal. If you are "dieting" you will gain your weight back when you stop, but if you master the art of maintenance, you can stay at the weight you want, and still go into a calorie deficit when you want to lose some.

    yup, body fat is where it's at. It isn't about the scale if you are exercising, although at first it may be. It is BF %. I am convinced that if a lot of folks on this site working so hard would measure their BF once a week, they would be a lot more motivated than they already are.
