I had to weigh myself today b/c I didn't have my scale! I will weigh in next friday with everyone else though I lost 3 lbs last week according to my work scale; now im going to use the one i got at home so its the same one!! Im super excited!! whats everyones plans for losing 10 lbs a month?? And are we checking in on the same thread?0

I am planning to stay between 1200 and 1500 calories per day and walk/jog 30 miles each week. I am up to 5-8 miles per day now. I am very excited about this challenge it gives me a doable but tough target each month.0 -

When I started this challenge on Apr 5th I weighed - April 5th - SW - 265
Today April 22nd I weighed in this morning at 254 so I am changing my goals to:
May 5th - GW - 250
June 5th - GW - 240
July 5th - GW - 2300 -
