    Lost 1 since starting the challenge.
  • I had to weigh myself today b/c I didn't have my scale! I will weigh in next friday with everyone else though :) I lost 3 lbs last week according to my work scale; now im going to use the one i got at home so its the same one!! Im super excited!! whats everyones plans for losing 10 lbs a month?? And are we checking in on the same thread?

    I am planning to stay between 1200 and 1500 calories per day and walk/jog 30 miles each week. I am up to 5-8 miles per day now. I am very excited about this challenge it gives me a doable but tough target each month.

    Me too! 30 pounds is my first goal, and that's about the amount of time I was hoping to lose it in!

    Week 2 – 192.4 (April 15, 2011) * moved weigh ins to Friday (instead of Mondays)

    When I started this challenge on Apr 5th I weighed - April 5th - SW - 265
    Today April 22nd I weighed in this morning at 254 so I am changing my goals to:
    May 5th - GW - 250
    June 5th - GW - 240
    July 5th - GW - 230

    Today is my regular weigh day and I weighed 250 this morning so I made my new goal with 2 days to spare.

    I weighed May 5th - W - 249 !!!!!
