                    Does anyone want to join me in a 5 week challenge to lose 10 lbs?
Here's what it entails:
1. Stay active 7 days a week. 5 days of intense exercise (gym, dvds, running, etc), 2 days of low intensity exercises (going for a walk, cleaning, dancing)
2. Drink more than 80 ounces of water a day
3. Giving up the one food that you love the most but know is not very good for you. (mine is fried foods and steak!)
4. Only 1 cheat day a week. (for me I tend to end up cheating all weekend.)
It's only 5 weeks, and everyone is different, but if I can do all the above for 5 weeks and not lose the 10 lbs...I will still be happy!

            yesterday was my low intensity day (Ripped in 30 by Jillian Michaels in the morning and Insanity Fit Test in the evening). I didn't have fried foods and I drank 132 ounces of water.
 Today is a high instensity workout day so far I've done Ripped in 30 by JM this morning, after work I will do 30 min of HIIT elliptical, 1h of yoga and then Insanity Plyometrics cardio circuit. I have had 82 ounces of water so far. Dinner time I plan to not have any fried foods...hope I can do it!0

            I would love to join you! Did you start today? I will give up any kind of chip/pretzel etc.(and it is lent so extra bonus!)0

            I need some extra accountability... gonna join in too. Been really bad at lifting lately. My goal is to lose 1/2 lb a week.0

            yesterday wasn't that great...BUT
 I did a high intensity Jackie Warner DVD for 30 minutes and only didn't do ONE workout in it and instead I did cross punches and undercuts intensely during that workout section ( it was two minutes long) and instead I did cross punches and undercuts intensely during that workout section ( it was two minutes long)
 had to walk around campus in 4 inch heels all day
 I had two oatmeal raisin cookies though ----> thats my own thing COOKIES. I love cookie anything and chocolate anything.
 So my rule is NO COOKIES, except once a week instead trade it for 100 cal packs and little bits of dark chocolate! instead trade it for 100 cal packs and little bits of dark chocolate!
 I had 8 glasses of water, which is way better then my 3-5 glasses! and I am already almost through my third!
 Today is healthy eating and intense Turbojam for 40 minutes!0

            Not the best food day but I finally exercised and did strength work. Day 1 down0
