I was wondering if anyone had tips on a lower ab work out? I have trouble targeting that area and am looking for suggestions.

Thanks!

That's my problem area too!! I could also use some advice! Running has flattened it quite a bit for sure but definitely need some toning workouts!

i like the stomach vaccum, as well as the one where you lift your rear and your legs straight up into the air.

I only know about the one Jillian has on her video....you lay on your back on the floor with your feet straight up in the air so your body is now in an L shape and you lift from your lower back only up towards the ceiling and back down again, hands flat on the ground beside your rear. That is supposed to work the lower stomach muscles.
