If anyone was interested, I found this link to a calorie burned calculator.
If you have a standard HR monitor that only gives u ur heart rate and not calories burned on a particular exercise, this calculator allows you to punch in the info and gives you the calories you've burned for that exercise.

My first HRM only gave your heart rate. I didn't realize it when I got it. Thank God they let me return it! I got a new one that figures it all for me and stores up to 10 exercise sessions in it. I love it!! Thanks though.....0

I am wondering about my HRM's accuracy now... I plugged in my average heart rate and this came up with WAY more calories burned than my HRM says I do (and it always seemed really low).
hmmmmm
Does anyone know of a way to test the HRM's calculations?0 -
