I was craving chocolate tonight and came up with this healthy chocolate fix.

Mix together (in this order):
15 oz. container of lowfat ricotta cheese
3 T. cocoa powder
7 packets stevia
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsweetened greek yogurt.
2 T. unsweetened almond milk if you want a thinner "concoction"

Feel free to adjust the amounts of ANY of these ingredients to suit your tastes. This batch serves 8 (approx 1/4th cup per serving) for 64 calories with 5 carbs, 3 fat, 7 protein, 139 sodium and 3 sugar per serving. 1/4 cup doesn't sound like much, but it really is very satisfying and rich tasting. If you want to increase the calories you could always add some chopped nuts, or banana slices, or even stir in a little peanut butter. Bon appetite!

Yum! I will be trying that. I LOVE chocolate and my treat is usually pudding, i get the jello sugar free fat free cook and serve chocolate pudding and make it with skim milk.
