What does it mean???

What does it mean when I complete the food diary and it says if you continue to eat like this, you will weigh.... in 5 weeks? Does that take into account an average or does it just say that "if every day is like this day then..."?

And why does it tell me I am eating too few calories when I am only 100 calories shy of the target? Does that mean I need to eat a snack bar when I'm not hungry for it?

PLEASE shed some light on this!
