My first time really using this after signing up on my mobile phone. Now that I have been here for a couple of days, I am already seeing the benefit of using My Fitness Pal vs just writing it all down. I have already lost 23 pounds in the last two + months but I have a long way to go. Looking forward to meeting others who have 100+ pounds to lose.:flowerforyou:

    I have been here for just a few weeks and am also trying to lose 100+ lbs. You have done great so far, keep up the good work. I am so excited that hopefully soon I will be where you are too.

    You have a great start and I have found that writing everything down for the last few weeks and cutting soda/pop out of my diet helped immensly. I also have found a great program at the Y...Body Pump...it is awesome and not only have I lost the weight, I have lost inches as well. Keep it up...we can do this!
  • Welcome to MFP ladies. I love the website and app... it keeps me a lot of time from eating something i shouldn't. Like you as well I have to lose over 100lbs... We will all make it.. keep going strong!!! Good luck on your weight loss!

    I am also one of the other ones that has to lose 100+, this sight is great and the support you get from here is amazing!! It helps to keep you in check to know someone is there to celebrate even the smallest loss or conquer you have made!!
