Just Starting Out

I downloaded this app months ago on my phone but just started using it last week. I love this program so much and have been recommending it to my friends. Tracking calories has always been so hard for me until now. I just started last week working out 6 days a week. My first week I lost 10lbs and I'm very excited to see what other progress I can make.

    Congrats on making the commitment and your progress so far! MFP is a great tool and the community is awesome. I always swore I wouldn't "count calories" - and now I can't get through a day without MFP. :laugh: I recommend reading the "stickies" at the top of each board to familiarize yourself; there's great info there.
