Feeling lazy?

Anyone else feel like a lazy bum on their "off" work out days? I feel like I haven't accomplished anything, even tho I walked to/from work (about 25 mins each way and is literally uphill both ways), and put in a full 8 hour day. So it's not like I sat on my butt all day eating bon bons, but without that formal work out, I just feel like the biggest lazy bum! I know it's good to give your body a rest, but I don't like feeling like this. *Blah*
