thinking of buying a body fat monitor. any advice?

Here is advice dont get one...lol they aren't very accurate. If you feel like you have to monitor you BF% get some pinch calibers and have a Personal Trainer do a 5 or 7 spot(preferably the 7 spot) test. Only issue with whati said issince I see you lost a lot of weight 129 pounds(awesome job) if you have extra skin that can make it not as accurate. if you need accuracy you need a buoyancy test(expensive)but sometimes insurance will cover the cost..hope this reply was useful0
