Weight loss help and motivation tips

Hi there, ive just recently started 'trying' to diet and joing my fitness pal. i started doing ok as ive been going to the gym 3 times a week and excerising using the WII.

I get married in June 2012 and thats the reason im wanting to loose weight, but its been less than a month and the motivation has disappeared, which isnt good. Ive not lost much but i have tonned the places i yes wanted to but wasnt the main concern (tummy!)

I find it ok thought the week to do, but gets harder on a weekend when im with my parnter. All i seem to eat is salad even when we go out and im not much of a lover of it anyway!

How can i keep the motivation going for another year?
