I have 1600 Calories a day to stick too to lose weight - which is working well thus far.
Over the past couple of days I have struggled to eat my calories and am getting really full up very quickly........before this, I ate loads which is why I guess I am 50lbs+ overweight....
Maybe I am eating the wrong kind of foods? I dont know.....Plus I feel bloated - but I know its not food....
Any tips or advice or even reasons as to why? THANKS

IT COULD VERY WELL BE WATER RETENSION, ARE YOU DRINKING ALOT OF WATER? OR, IF YOU ARE EATING 3 MEALS ADAY, SPIT THE SAME FOOD UP INTO 5 OR 6 SMALL MEALS, THAT WORKS FOR ALOT OF PEOPLE. GOOOD LUCK. RED0

Sometimes eating alot of carbs can cause bloating and feeling of fullness even if you are staying under calorie.0
