Hi there,

I am just wondering if I am missing the boat with this weight loss journey. I was wondering if I should be taking supplements or vitamins that aid in weight loss or well being. I do take a daily multivitamin weight support which has some b vitamins etc. Was just looking for some advice! :) I cant take stimulants as I have hypertension and take medication for that. I would only be able to take vitamins or supplements that are approved etc. Thanks for any advice!
Jo

If you can't take stims, you won't see much weight loss benefit from supps.

I drink green tea daily. Read a couple studies about drinking it after a meal helping to make you feel full.

I'd also maybe look into fish oils. And I also take joint support supps because I have bad knees.

I think a multivitamin is great. I would also suggest calcium chews if you think you might not be getting enough in your diet.

A multivitamin is always a good idea as I would bet there are very few of us who eat a perfect balance of vitamins and minerals every day. As for stimulants or "weight loss pills," I say why bother? In order to keep losing weight and ultimately keep it off, you will need to learn how to eat properly unless you plan on taking pills for the rest of your life. Keep logging your food intake, keep weighing and measuring portions, and the weight will come off!
