SO, since I have started this (like a week) I have gained 2 lbs. I don't get it. I am watching what I eat but I think that could be hurting me. Here is the way I see it.....before I just ate whatever I wanted to and didn't worry about calories, carbs, fat...any of it and I am the size I am now but since I have been doing this, if I go over my calorie count then I excerise to take it away but then if I fall way under I stuff myself trying to reach the goal.....in turn, I feel fat and gross and like all I do is eat all day.

And, the thing on the home page where it says if everyday were like today then I would weigh this much in 5 weeks.....but I don't see how that is either. For example, say today all I ate was a bowl of cereal and if that is all I ate, everyday, for 5 weeks then somehow I would lose 10 pounds? I don't think my body works like that. And really if you think about it if you "starve" yourself your body holds onto what food and nutrients there is and stores it as fat, so wouldn't it be a long process to lose weight.

It just amazes me that on here there are people that have lost 50-100lbs and all i want to do is lose 10 but it isn't happening.

So frustrated! :grumble:

Sorry, had to vent.
