losing motivation

So I weighed myself on Sunday and I am down to 185. This is 3 lbs lost since on MFP and 16 total since my highest weight in Dec '10. I was so excited on Sunday and feeling so motivated seeing these results. But yesterday I felt so unmotivated. I didn't work out and I ate things I shouldn't have. I was hoping to wake up today with a new motivation new day fresh start attitude, but it's not here. I am not sure how to get it back and I am afraid that I will make the bad choices again today. Advice please.
