Hey everyone! I was wondering if I can get some help with protein sources. Obviously I know meat is protein but what other sources are there??? Please tell me your faves. Thank you Have a great day!

Cottage cheese, nuts, greek yogurt (yuck), protein shakes, black beans, eggs, cheese (but limit your intake), if I am thinking correctly hummus.... I can't think of any others @ the moment.0

I use a protein powder. I would never get the amount i need and be able to stay under my calories without it0

I use whey powder to supplement my protein rich diet.
eggs
cottage cheese (great one. fat free has 80 cals in a half cup.....and 15 grams of protein....kroger brand)
nuts
milk
cheese
veggies have some but they aren't always complete proteins as far as I know.0 -
Chik Peas/Garbanzo Beans
Black Beans
Veggie Burgers
Egg Whites
Nuts, nut products
Dairy - fat free
Ice Cream (hey just checking to see if you are paying attention)0 -

Yes I was paying attention to that Ice Cream LOL - but I'll stay away from it0
