Back at it again!

So I have been MIA on MFP for probably a year! So here I am again, ready to lose some added pounds. I saw that the last time I had weighed in to MFP I was 181~! ICCKKK! I started calculating my losses with MFP Monday, keeping up with my foods, etc. So, as an introduction... my name is Michael, Houston, TX, I started on Monday at 211 POUNDS, 30 LBS heavier! I am determined to lose this back. My goal is 10 LBS / month, April - June = 30 LBS. I weighed in today at 208, already 3 LBS down! Say howdy, introduce yourself!

    Welcome back. I'm down 20 and have 55 to go....I've been slacking for about 2 weeks--but I'm back on the grind.
