so tonight i went out to a baseball game and went over on my calories
......i've been doing so good! dang it. but i was wondering if i should try to go under calories tomorrow because i went over so much today?

I can tell you from past experience that if you start playing this game, it is a slippery slope to the point where you're overeating every day and "borrowing" the calories from the next day/week/month! I'd just start fresh tomorrow - one bad day isn't going to hurt your long term progress.0
