I downloaded the app on my iphone at first, and was using it a lot a few months ago. Then, lack of motivation, etc, I stopped, but here I am again, and I had no idea about this forum and community available online! The before and after pictures are very inspiring, and I have become motivated and inspired by others' posts on here. I gained about 50 lbs through a pregnancy (my son is 20 months old now), and I am tired of complaining about my weight, and being unhappy about my body! I definitely plan to stay on top of tracking what I eat, and working out every day. I just started Jillian Michaels' 30 day burn, level one, after seeing before and after pictures of other people who did it., and following that up with brisk treadmill walking. Well, wish me luck!
