Hi. . . I am so glad that I came across this site. I need more accountability than keeping a food log that no one can see . . . I pray that between the support I get here and from God I can lose this weight!! Thanks all for welcoming me!! ~Julia :flowerforyou:

    Congratulations on wanting to start getting healthy!!

    If there is any advice I can give you, it would be: Don't beat yourself up if you go over your calories for the first few weeks. It can be tricky getting used to eating the right way (not necessarily to eating less), so just be mindful of any "mistakes" you have made on any given day, and try to correct the behavior the next day. :wink:
