Billy Blanks Jr - Any Good?

I was thinking of getting one of Billy Blanks Jr's dance workout DVDs. Does anyone have these? Are they any good? Fun dancy workouts tend to keep me coming back for more. (I enjoy Wii Zumba and Hip Hob Abs.)
