how did I get prejudice against vegetables & how to overcome. I don’t even want to think about beans. They intimidate me. baby steps.

Reflecting on the day and feeling good about myself

conflicting information such as sugar substitute vs. real sugar or ‘you should exercise in the morning’ I understand why its beneficial, but it does not work for me. I will exercise, lets leave it at that.

getting up this morning and feeling proud of who I saw in the mirror

Measuring every morsel. I’m not going to do it. I measured a ¼ C. of dried fruit into my hand and it didn’t all fit; therefore, my hand is perfect for saving a few calories while I log the ¼ C. guesstimate.
