Not sure if this interests many on here but this program is very similar to the one I am currently using and it has been very helpful for me from a fat loss point of view so here it is: http://www.spartacusworkout.com/program.html#week1

I was contemplating a spartacus like workout for this afternoon . . .wish I had a gymboss!0

meh I just do the circuit pushing myself then rest for the 2 mins and repeat. It has worked well for me so far.0

that is what I end up doing, guesstimating with which ever excercise (If it takes me 3 seconds to perform the exercise then I will push myself through 20 reps)
I will sometimes just make up my own routine though, based on what is available when I show up at the gym0 -
a friend of mine has been doing it and she says its pretty intense she's on week two so i dont think theres a lot of results to see just yet0

This looks a lot like the TNT Fitness program I just started at my gym (Washington, D.C. area). I'm signed up through the end of July. Can't wait to see what I'll look like then!0

I do something like this (it is just one of the variations of MRT out there) but for timing I put together my own MP3 with start and stop indicators. I use the free program "audacity" to put it together and downloaded some of the free workout music on the Internet and some free sound effects for start and stop. Used my mic to record some audio directions so when I get tired during the workout I know what exercise to do. I put it all together and saved it as an MP3. I need to make a new one as I want to do a new routine that uses my new kettlebells, dumbells and bodyweight exercises. It is a marvelous way to workout.0

Looks like a full body kettlebell workout with some pylometrics and body weight exercises thrown in.0

I did it . . . here is what I did. I only had time for 2 rounds because I had to pick my daughter up from choir.
1. alternating kettlebell swings
2. kettlebell curl and press
3. front squat with side twist holding kettlebell
4. mountain climbers
5. pushups
6. lower abs (on the thing where you hold on with your arms and bring your knees up and then kick them out)
7. dumbell rows from plank position
8. bent over back rows
9. sledgehammer (16lb) against big tire
10. I can't seem to remember what I did for #10 lol
I used my hrm and averaged about 165 for my hr, which gave me a 246 cal burn. MFP would give me a higher one.0
