I guess thats good because usually when I exercise I get hungrier. If you are under you NET and not hungry at all then I think thats a good thing. But if your hungry and still under your 1200cal goal then eat a healthy snack like some fruit and yogurt to get some extra calories in. Good job so far!! I wouldn't stop the exercising....
  • try to eat some of the calories back during the day.

I would definitely NOT give up exercising. It boosts one's mood and makes you feel good about yourself.
I do not eat all the calories I burn, I'd have to eat ALL day if I tried... ^_^

I also have a hard time getting all my calories in when I exercise, especially when I burn over 500 calories in a workout. That's one reason I supplement with whey.

Add nutrient rich foods .... an avocado has lots of calories and healthy fat ... I slice it in half and fill the center with pico de gallo for some spice. Almonds are also really calorie dense. Protein bars and shakes are also good sources of extra calories. Don't give up your exercise just try to boost up your calories.

I would not stop your cardio. If you want to boost your metabolism to kick up some weight loss, make sure you're drinking your daily water intake. I also take vitamin c complex, which speeds up your metabolic pathways.

NO!! That is NOT a good thing!! If you are under your NET, it means your body is not getting enough fuel. Don't give up exercising, but find ways to get more calories. There are lots of healthy, calorie dense foods you can use such as nuts, avocados, cheese, milk, trail mix, protein bars, etc. Try to eat right at your MFP target every day, including all of your exercise calories (or most on days of big burns). Good luck!

I agree .. I can't eat much on days i exercise a lot.. i chose denser foods though.. and on days i burn more that 1200 calories my net is alway around 600 700 ..
