Hello! My husband and I are on an adventure to get back to a happy weight and change our icky eating habits. First thing I did was purge our entire house of any "bad" food! That seemed to help us stay away from anything that could sabotage our efforts. I would love to hear any recipe ideas, snack ideas, workout ideas that anyone has to offer! We have cut out 90% of gluten, 90% of processed foods, using all organic as much as possible. It hasn't been easy, but I really want to make changes for good!
