Exercise Calories

So I have a question about my exercise calories from day to day. I usually work out hard about 4 times per week and burn about 800-900 calories. On those days I don't eat back ALL my exercise calories but about 200-300 so I still have at least 500 calories left. But on the days I don't work out I tend to go over my calories by about 200. I guess I'm asking if this evens itself out, or if I should focus on not going over on my calories the day I don't work and eat all the calories when I do work out. Thanks for your insight!

You're essentially cycling your calories, which is an accepted practice on here. I am trying to do something similar. I am trying to eat 2,250 calories per day every day, which is what i've calculated with my activity level and weekly exercise gets me to an average of 500 calories/day deficit. Some days my net is low, some days my net is high -- in the end it averages out.0
