Long Weekend

We're going out of town tomorrrow morning for a long weekend to Hot Springs Arkansas.....and I'm not even worried about eating. This site has given me strength to make wise choices. I've been pre-planning alot...gonna bring my cooler with waters, yogurts and fruit, and I'm planning on giving myself one "free" meal......not 4 "free" days!!! :laugh: :noway:

We're even planning on a hike and trust me.....a hike has never been a vacation choice for this family!!!!!!!! :noway:

I'm already missing it here and I'm not even gone yet, but I can't wait to go with my new found confidence for my new lifestyle!!!!!!!
