So the thing is I am very big right now... I am 333lb and I am on a seriously lifestyle mission... I am working out and eating right... MY CONCERN IS - I have seen people lose weight and sag a lot under the arms behind the legs and get a flabby belly. I know I will have some sagging as i am big and that is expected. I do however want to work on preventing it as much as I can. my question is.... WHAT CAN I DO TO PREVENT AS MUCH SAGGING AS i CAN??? WHAT WORKOUTS SHOULD i DO?? PLEASE ADVICE IS NEEDED... ADD ME LEXY83 . have a great day!

The best tips I have
1) Glute, Tricep and Ab exercises - lots
2) Don't lose too fast.
3) Expect to have some - especially if you are older like me

Agree with the pushups and using weights. Also, I just checked, you are young so your skin is pretty elastic still (a plus).0 -
WATER WATER WATER...Keep hydrated and that will help. Also, a great source told me to pack on the citrus. Careful for other reasons like sugar or teeth damage, but it does help.0

The best things you can do is lose weight slowly, drink lots of water, use lotion to keep your skin hydrated and lift weights. If you can afford a personal trainer, do a few sessions to find out the correct lifting technique and to get some good routines to follows.0

I have the same problem and my doctor and nutritionist said to eat high protein.....As you lose weight, if you don't get enough protein, your body will take it from the areas you are losing which causes the skin to sag. Hope that helps, and of course exercise. Thanks and have a great day.0

Im going to second the other posts... Lose weight SLOW.... the faster you lose the less time you are giving your skin to bounce back...
you are young so that is a plus...
use lotion, and drink TONS of water...
and when you are out in the sun, use sun screen.... hopefully you have done this your whole life... sun will kill your skin cells making them non elastic...0
