Hi everyone!
I just started this and am super excited and motivated : ) I tried weightwatchers but I feel like thier new program doesn't work very well, and I thought I would do better tracking calories on my own. I am getting married in July and want to get my weight down by then. I have about 15 pounds to lose and I know I can do it. I just need to stay on track with tracking my food and exercising (which is easier said than done!). I would love to find some "friends" so we can keep each other motivated and encourage each other towards our goals. Good luck to everyone! Lets do this : )

You are in the right place. The wonderful gorup of people here at MFP will help keep you motivated and on track. This is a great support systme for accountability, especially once you get in the habit of logging all you food and exercise.
