New to the board, but not to the process

I've actually posted on several boards here already, but realized I've never posted here to introduce myself!
I live in Portland, OR and I am new to these particular set of boards, but am not new to the living a healthier lifestyle or losing weight process.
I am actually at the "maintaining" and "fine tuning" after a 100 lb weight loss and I consider myself living proof that you cannot hit a goal weight and then think you can magically go back to all your prior habits and expect to stay where you are now. Did that before with less than stellar results, but NOT this time.
This has been a 'true' lifestyle change, and one I have been very happy with, having kept that 100 lbs off for a year and a half. I still go to the gym 5 days a week, I run, strength train, use the elliptical machine and have enjoyed participating in several oraganized runs (Race for the Cure, Shamrock Run, etc). I eat healthy (healthier now that I have this to track my food) ... all in all, I am being the best I can be and doing everything in my power to lead by example for my two teenage children.
I look forward to spending time on here cheering people on, sharing information and even participating in the events that I see posted!
My motto: Do or Do Not ... there is no "try" ...

I joined in March also. I lost 55 pounds about four years ago then slacked up in the last year and a half and gained 20 pounds back. Now I'm on a mission to lose that twenty and maybe a few more. I'm running, cycling, and doing P90X. As your intro says (in so many words) its a long term commitment. Good luck to you!0
