Green Tea Supplements?

I'm content with diet and exercise. I'm also not much of a pill popper. However, my aunt just gave me this bottle of Mega-T pills. I know she has good intentions, and I know that it's probably not bad for me. I just am not a fan of taking pills. So my question is whether or not anybody has seen a positive result using these in conjunction with diet and exercise?

i think any effect from green tea would be minimal, you won't notice it...
i stopped drinking coffee pretty much all together for about 3 years and only drank green tea, and it's not an obvious change. sure i was healthier, but i was exercising regularly and eating well, so it's not like green tea alone will do anything that you will be able to see. if i wanted the effects of green tea, i'd drink green tea, not take the tablets.0 -
I take them for a pick me up. Seem to work. Rather just drink a cup of warm green tea0
