Calorie count for exercise?

I'm trying to eat my workout calories but am having a hard time finding the workouts that I'm doing in the cardio drop down list. If I'm doing 30 Day Shred, or 10 Pound Slim Down, what do I choose as the option for figuring out how many calories I burned? I'm worried about over eating.

    The only sure way you will find out is if you get yourself a heart rate monitor, everyones works out at a different intensity.

    When I was doing the 30day shred I averaged b/w 400-500 calories depending on my level of umph that day! (heart rate monitor). I'm 5' 3" and my weight then was 138. Hope this helps. You can enter it under Circuit training or aerobic and see what that says too.
