So the thing is I am very big right now... I am 333lb and I am on a seriously lifestyle mission... I am working out and eating right... MY CONCERN IS - I have seen people lose weight and sag a lot under the arms behind the legs and get a flabby belly. I know I will have some sagging as i am big and that is expected. I do however want to work on preventing it as much as I can. my question is.... WHAT CAN I DO TO PREVENT AS MUCH SAGGING AS i CAN??? WHAT WORKOUTS SHOULD i DO?? PLEASE ADVICE IS NEEDED... ADD ME LEXY83 . have a great day!

I've read about some women who let themselves plateau on purpose when they notice their skin getting loose, so that it can "catch up." Don't know if that works, because I haven't tried it. I would def. say to keep skin very well lubricated, just slather it with lotion regularly, so that it stays as elastic as possible.

This guy is hawking his book, but if he's right, then you don't need the book to do what he's suggesting:

I would think it would be most helpful to strength train along with losing body fat. If you soley concentrate on losing weight, your body is still soft and mushy inside. Strength training will help firm you up as well as accelerate your fat loss. You may not be able to totally avoid some sag. But, losing the body fat & toning will help it!
I gained A LOT of weight during my pregnancy. Losing body fat & strength training has really helped me to start firming up & losing that saggy pouch on my stomach! I really thought I was going to need a tummy tuck!0
