Done already.... You can burn those 20 pounds in no time. I have 16 pounds to be at my ultimate goal of 130 so let's get it. That means you will need to burn off 70,000 (3500 calories *20)calories to lose 20 pounds and I believe that is doable with exercise. I can do mine by July 23(16 weeks) if I lose 1 pound a week and yours will be by August 27(20 weeks) if you lose a pound a week. Say you double it by having your reduced food intake and exercise then it can be done in 10 weeks which is the third week of June and me it will be the first week of June. Let's go ahead and plan our exercises and food and make this happen girl. I am so motivated0
