    - Eggs. I eat hard-boiled eggs as a snack a lot.
    - Hot sauce. Spices. Mustard. (Anything that adds flavor without adding sugar or sodium) Oh, and salsa! Oh man I love it. Oh, and apple cider vinegar.
    - Plain yogurt or kefir. (Always low-sugar ones! Some of them have more sugar than ice cream!) I love yogurt so much! But some people can't eat plain yogurt... I would stay away from the flavored ones and just add some pieces of orange or something to sweeten it.
    - Frozen strawberries. Even if I pig out and eat a whole bag (which I'm known to do, when watching Grey's Anatomy), it's still just a bag of fruit. I could do way worse. Frozen bananas are JUST like ice cream, by the way.
    - La Tortilla Factory Eat Smart Wraps (110 calories, low net-carb count, amazing)
    - Cayenne pepper. I learned this from a model. A sprinkle of cayenne pepper in your water first thing in the morning (or any time, really) kick-starts your metabolism and lessens your appetite. I squeeze lemons in those suckers too sometimes.
    - Cans of tuna! Chicken! Tilapia!
    - Oh, and whatever veggies look good.

    I love grocery shopping

Zero Fat Yogurt (35 calories) and All bran buds (80 calories per 1/3 cup)...mix third cup in the yogurt and you got a very healthy, low calorie breakfast full of calcium and fiber...almost you entire fiber for the day..

I also love half a can of tuna (in water) 60 calories, 1/3 cup of coleslaw (raw veggies with no dressing), green onion. 1 tbps no fat mayo, and half a dempsters pita pocket...mix tuna, coleslaw and mayo, stuff into pita...less than 300 calories...ver y filing and good source protein

for snackes - I like baked scoops and salsa..or old dutch baked lays...

Greek yogurt - plain, 0% fat - have found Fage to be my favorite brand, is great mixed with fresh fruit, great source of protein, and a wonderful substitute for sour cream!

Also, quinoa - a grain that is also a great protein source. Lots of recipes that include it - just google quinoa recipes.

Things on my list these days:

    1) ALWAYS vanilla soy milk. It is nice in my coffee and I can put a little on top of berries.
    2) Raw spinach and raw carrots. I've recently discovered that veggies really DO have taste!
    3) egg beaters for some sort of omlet or scramble on weekends

    YUM YUM :)
