Hello all... I'm just hanging out in bed for the 5th day in a row. I've torn my hamstring from my bone (or that's suspect) and am awaiting a follow up appointment to find out if I need surgery.
I'm getting depressed because all I can do is hang out in my bedroom on my left side or my belly. i can't walk or sit. I'm in pain... a lot of pain. And the medication makes me nauseous. My family is out and about doing their nightly stuff, which I can't do with them. I'm missing them and wishing i could hang out with them.
Anyway... not in a great mood... someone tell me a joke!!!

I'm no good at jokes but I can send you a warm hug! I hear your frustration and you have my total sympathies. I do know how it is to feel left behind.
I just finished a long rehab process on a knee injury and it was so sad to be down.....BUT you will come back and come back strong!
My personal mantra was: patience and persistance. I learned to find some hobbies to occupy my mind and de-frustrate me. Eventually you'll find a way to do this.
Many prayers are being sent your way.0 -

Okay, I posted this one the other day, but I can't remember any others off the top of my head.
A skeleton walks into a bar.
He orders a broom and a mop.
Sorry to hear about your leg, it sounds like you have Flintstone's Syndrome.

Not trying to compete. I was playing volleyball last night and jammed my finger. Ended up looking like this.
I am no doctor, but last I checked your finger should not bend at a 90 degree angle. So Dr Google says I need to go to the doctor. Turn out I have Boutonniere deformity. I have to wear a finger splint for 6 weeks and after that I still might need surgery.
The complexity of washing my hands is making said washing optional after peeing. Just sayin'.0 -
lol, i bet! That did make me laugh. I can say, that as a woman, I've learned the art of standing while peeing cuz the pain of sitting is so bad! So I hear ya!
I find out tomorrow if I need surgery, when Ig et the results of my MRI back from yesterday.0 -
