I am actually well over 250!

I read somewhere recently that a person is "good enough" (or whatever wording they used) to burn no more or less than 250 work out calories per day.

I am usually at about 500 calories burned per day. Can we get away with doing less and be "okay"???

Ideas, thoughts...

    I would guess that as long as you're within your calories then yes you could.

    I've been asking myself this lately cuz since I got my Polar F4 HRM... I see that the calories I'm burning are LESS then what those online calculation/websites were telling me!!!!

    SO up till this week I was getting credit for a lot more calories being burned then were REALLY being burned!

    I didnt gain... but the past 2 weeks I have maintained.. hmmmmmmmmmmmm
