I need help

It's my senior year in high school, and I want to push off 30 pounds from my 160 pound weight. I'm 5'5 (I'm still growing), and I'm looking for some motivation and tips on how to do that. I'm pretty new here, and so far, the site has been awesome for me.

    Water! If you're not drinking enough water... Then it will be hard to knock off weight. So, if you start drinking 12 cups of water- I know that seems like a lot... But... It will help. And exercise. And everything in moderation.
