    Thats crazy! I learned a long time ago to stay away from Applebee's the sodium in their food is outrageous.

    that's shocking isn't it ???? I was appalled when invited out for breakfast with a friend (White Spot - Canada) and then realized I had comsumed a megatonne of salt once I programmed what I ate into MFP. That's why this tool is so fanatstic. I really appreciate others helping to educating me about what I'm consuming. thanks for sharing !

    I am really trying to watch my sodium, so make sure to read the lables on everything.

    Even the "eat this instead" are packed with sodium.
