Your Favorite Snacks

Hello Everyone,

My biggest problem is that I love to snack more than anything. If I could just snack for dinner I would. I would love to get your input on our favorite snack items/recipes!

As of now I lovee Cucumber and hidden valley ranch light dip. But there is only so much of it you can have! haha

    I do a lot of frozen or regular grapes, carrots/hummus, raw nuts, apple/peanut butter...different fruits and veggies, air popped popcorn...those are just a few that I can think of :)
  • Fruit is going to be your best friend. It's soo good for you, and its delicious! Also, peanut butter and bananas are kind of my weakness right now, but peanut butter does have a lot of calories. IT is good for you, nonetheless. I would just get organic peanut butter if I were you, because regular pb is looooaded with preservatives. Like Jaedynmon mentioned, peanut butter goes great with apples too... I even love it on wheat thins!
    Another thing I love is almonds and a cheese stick. Maybe I'm weird but I love eating those things together. lol.

    There's nothing wrong with snacking a lot, as long as you aren't consuming tons of calories. If you feel like snacking for dinner, go for it- there's no right or wrong way to eat. Just make sure you are eating healthy foods no matter what you're going to call it!

    Yup, what they said :)

    Love carrots/hummus, pb/banana or apple, cheesestick/orange, activia yogurt, handful pistachios, 1/2 cup edamame.

    Im a total chip (doritos, lays, etc) a-holic. and im trying to go low carb. the only thing i have found that actually satisfies my chip obsession is fried pork skins! they have og of carbs and are low in fat! i looove them. =]
