Getting Married!!!

:heart: Hi Everyone!! :heart:

i am so new to all of this, calorie counting and exercise.. never used to care or worry about it. BUT...... now i am getting married i want to make sure i look absolutely perfect in my dress.
If anyone has any tips for meals please send them through, i am getting rather bored of steamed fish/chicken/tuna and veggies.

    Whoo :D Congrats on your upcoming marriage!!

    I don't really have any solid meals that I eat other than:
    Steak/Salad
    Grilled Chicken/Brown rice/Veggies
    Lean Hamburger meat + Salad = Taco Salad!

    I also eat Tuna/Mayo/Relish/Celery which is great for lunch.

    ground turkey with your mix of spices! I love it! Low carb, low calorie, high protein.

    Ground Turkey is great. I like to make pasta sauce, burgers, and nacho/taco mix with it.

    Oh, Congratulations on your wedding! No doubt you will look fantastic on your big day! All the best to you.

    If you happen to like soup, I have had a lot of very satisfying, low calorie, healthy meals with either cans or home made soup recipes. Makes for a nice change.
