I made it myself. I didn't order pizza and most important i didn't skip eating because i was to lazy or "thought it wouldn't be tasty". yes it was just pasta with cashew sauce and yellow squash but everyone has to start somewhere and I did not make any of it from a can.

Good for you!! I take it that you don't cook often. Google is your friend.... tons of info and recipes out there for healthy stuff! It is very gratifying to not have to rely on packaged stuff or take out, and you will feel soooo much better!0

That is awesome! I actually made a calendar for the month with stuff to each each night, and went grocery shopping. So that is what I eat everyday so I can't mess up0

Good for you!!! Taking the first step is always the hardest. My favorite website for recipes is www.allrecipes.com. They have awesome stuff, and it's really easy to use. Good luck! Oh, also, www.sparkpeople.com has some really great recipes too.0
