Are you interested in really loosing some fat? Try looking into HIIT or Tabata training. I understand it will seriously kick your butt, but it is the most efficient way to burn fat without loosing muscle. Anyone else trying this?

    Tabata is very effective - not only only for fat loss - but also for your overall fitness. It sounds very easy. You'll hate :mad: and love :love: your workouts. Believe me! I have been doing Tabata for around a month now. My overall fitness has greatly improved - apart from loosing some decent weight.
    I have created a playlist in my mp3 player with a calming song (10 sec calm down intervall) and a harder song for the sprint intervall (20 sec). That's a perfect timer. A timer in your watch can easily be missed in my experience. It's not loud enough in the heat of the moment. You'll need all your energy to get trough your intervals. The less you have to concentrate on the timing the better.
