Does anyone reach MFP weight loss goals?

Hello all,

I was just wondering does anyone reach the (5 week) goal that MFP shows when you complete their diary? Example, in five weeks you will be (a certain weight)? I'm just very curious.

    hmm I dont really pay attention to it but maybe now I'll start.

    I haven't. I lost weight quickly initially, and now it seems to have stopped. I haven't eaten more than 1500 calories in the last month and I've been working out, but somehow I'm up 2 pounds.

    Make sure to watch your fat. That's what happened to me; I lost initially and then I gained the 5 pounds back. I found out that I was going over my fat. Make sure you stay within the level of fat without your exercise calories added to it. So if you're suppose to have 43 grams without exercise don't go over the 43 grams. Once I found this out I lost the 5 plus 2 within 2 weeks.

    I never reach those and try not to pay attention to them. My body just doesn't understand basic math.
