25.0, what a wonderfull number. It's my BMI as of this morning. I do not think that a BMI number is all that important, but for me, this morning it is a golden number. I didn't have 100 pounds to lose but I am very proud of what I have accomplished. It took me 5 months and a half to lose 12 pounds.<---- When I see peoples complaining about only losing one or 2 pounds that week, I just want to hug them and to relax. It will happen!!!! Trust the process. I am very gratefull to all my MFP friends.

THat is awesome! Your BMI is probably actually even lowe. When I put in my stats on a BMI calculator 5'2 140lbs it says I'm over weight, but my lean body mass (measured by a professional) is 118, so my body fat is actually 22lbs so my TRUE body fat percentage is only 16% Thats a huge difference. Thats the difference between overweight and fit. How you had your lead body mass measured?

Yep - I've been watching my BMI too, but my trainer insists that I will be "healthy" long before my BMI says I am. I definitely recommend testing your body fat percentage - you might be healthier than you think you are!

Congrats on reaching 25 though!!! I know how happy I was when I finally moved from "Obese" to "overweight!"
