Too much protein?

Good morning. First time poster here.... Should I be concerned about too much protein? The rest of my numbers seem to be OK but my protein is always in the negative. I weight train often (3-4 times /week) and started using Muscle Milk to help build muscle. I feel great but was just wondering if this is something I should be concerned about.

    You will be fine just make sure to drink plenty of water to help the body with the extra protein, I eat at least my weight in grams of protein so 150g a day.

    I just answered this question lol.

    ^^ She is right tho. Protein is fine to go over, in fact I reccomend that you're well over the 50 grams a day or whatever it is they reccomend. I came in at 250 grams yesterday.
